Shipping Information We are proud to offer free standard delivery within the UK! Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. There’s no extra shipping cost—it’s already included in the price you see when you shop with us.

Order Processing Times We work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible! Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. However, please note that delivery still takes 3–5 business days depending on Royal Mail's schedule.


Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details. Royal Mail will also keep you updated as your parcel makes its way to you. If you haven’t received a notification, please check your junk or spam folder, or contact us at team@ingrainedoil.com.


Delays and Lost Packages If there’s a delay with your delivery, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly as they handle shipping. Should Royal Mail confirm your parcel is lost, we will happily replace your order free of charge.

However, please double-check your address before placing your order! We cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


Failed Deliveries For failed deliveries (e.g., no one available to receive the package), Royal Mail’s policies will apply. If you’re unsure what to do, feel free to reach out to team@ingrainedoil.com, and we’ll assist you.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost and issue a replacement.


Pre-Orders If you’ve ordered one of our pre-order items, the delivery time will vary depending on the season and demand. We’ll keep you informed via email, so be sure to check your inbox (and junk folder, just in case) for updates.
